In 2007, I moved my business to the Matrix group. What attracted us to Matrix was the size, culture and support infrastructure it offered as an organisation. In retaining ownership of my business and having the freedom to run the business in line with our wishes, we control our own destiny. Yet, there is always the opportunity to tap into the extensive network of support, knowledge and expertise which Matrix offers its practices. The opportunity for equity participation in the Matrix group was also very attractive and in line with our business planning. Matrix has the right mix for us, and unlike many other dealer groups, you just don’t become a number.
