Pieter Franzen is the Executive Chairman and provides leadership in the areas of corporate governance and business strategy, and is a business mentor to Matrix Principal Advisers. As the former Managing Director and CEO of MMI, Pieter has experience in senior investment management roles including Prudential and Schroders, and is a founding member of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Matrix has Executive Directors who focus on 3 key areas of the business and are accountable to the Executive Chairman and the Board.
