The Board consists of Pieter Franzen (Executive Chairman), Allison Dummett (Executive Director Prospera Planning and Strategy), John Morris (Company Secretary) and six Matrix Advisers. The Advisers are Barry Vandenbergh, Brendan Minehan, Jeff Shakespeare, Peter Buzza, Rob Pedersen and Troy Collins.
