At Matrix, we are dedicated to providing our advisers with the highest level of service, support and resources to allow them to provide quality ongoing Strategic Advice to their clients. The high level of adviser representation on the board (75%) and amongst shareholders ( 90%) keeps us true to our original aim of quality services for advisers.

We are looking to attract a further 15 to 20 practices nationwide and grow to approximately 150 advisers. This will allow us to maintain a concentration of Licensee resources on a smaller, more focused group who will then receive a personal, tailored service. Matrix aims to attract practices over our minimum requirement of income and in doing so, provide them with the focused dealer services and attention they need to further enhance the value of their businesses.
